We hope you love your new items as much as we do. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be unworn, in its original condition, with all packaging and labels attached. Please ensure that bottoms have been tried on over your own underwear and that the returned items are free from makeup, deodorant, tanning products and pet hair.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Start your return:
To start your return, please send us an email and we will get back to you with a return label that you can print out or scan the qr code in your local drop off shop. When you email us please include your order number, the items you wish to return and your reason for return.

Returns are free but please do not order multiple sizes of the same products. Returns are very expensive for us, so it would be great if you could only order the size you think would fit you best. If you are unsure of your size just pop a message over to us and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 days for your refund to be issued. If you have not received your refund after 7 days have passed send us a message info@charliroseactivewear.com
If you would like to exchange an item for an alternative product or size please return the item to us for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item. We do not process direct exchanges. If the item you want to exchange for is not in stock, please contact us and we can order it in for you or let you know when it will be back in stock.
