We believe in keeping things simple. if your order totals more than £50, we’ll deliver it to you for free!  For orders less than this we charge a flat fee of £3.99 for delivery.

We accept a variety of payment methods to make your shopping experience convenient. These include all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. If you prefer to pay with cash, you can also contact us to arrange a cash payment for the collection of your items from our yoga studio in NW3.

For items in stock, we send them via Evri UK Post, and they will typically arrive within 3-5 working days. However, for items that are on backorder or currently in transit to us, delivery may take slightly longer, usually within 10-14 days. Please note that we only hold a small amount of stock on our premises and order more as needed to ensure freshness and availability.

Your security and privacy are our top priorities. Our Online Shop employs industry-standard encryption technologies to ensure that your personal and payment information is fully protected during the shopping process. We utilize secure and trusted payment gateways to process all transactions securely, safeguarding your financial data. Additionally, we adhere to strict data protection regulations and best practices to safeguard your information against unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. You can shop with confidence, knowing that your data is secure and protected with us.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer refunds within 30 days of receipt of the goods. To initiate a refund, simply ensure that the items are in their original packaging with labels attached. Click here to read more or start your refund process.

We do not facilitate direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and then proceed to place a new order for the replacement item.

 

Orders can usually be cancelled within a short timeframe after placing them. However, if your order has already been processed or shipped, it will not be possible to cancel it. Please contact us at info@charliroseactivewear.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
